   You can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "Order History" section. You should have received an order confirmation email if you do not have an account with us. Please use the tracking # in your shipping confirmation email if your order has shipped. 


  1. What are your return and refund policies?

It is the Policy of Wild Horse Boutique to guarantee the satisfaction of all customers.

If you find a defect or your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue.

Items that are not defective or damaged may be returned at the buyer's expense to:

  1. What are your customer service hours? We are open:
  • Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6: 00 pm CST. 
  • Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. 
  • We are closed on Sundays. 

Do you work with influencers? No, not at this time! 


Do you ship outside the USA? No, we don't ship internationally at this time.
